Do you pick up where we want?
Our tour start and end places are Kuruçeşme – Arnavutköy, where our rental yachts are connected, and we can also get and drop from different locations. What do you do if the weather is rainy and cold on the day of the event? Is there a refund?
All of our rental yachts are designed to work in all weather conditions for 12 months and there is a heating system especially for cold weather. There is no delay or cancellation in yacht reservations according to the weather. If there is only a storm, there then a delay can be made. Prepayments for reservations made before 15 days are refundable.
Are the captain and fuel fee included in the price? Is there any extra payment except for the prices stated in the reservation?
Captain and fuel are included in the price, and no extra payment is received unless you have an extra request during the tour.
When should I make a reservation?
